TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
NANNY IN UAE
Effective as of 10.07.2025
SECTION I – SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
Clause 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) govern the relationship between:
- NANNY IN UAE, a professional recruitment and placement platform based in Dubai (“the Platform”),
- and any individual (“the Nanny”) who voluntarily submits personal and professional information for the purpose of job placement.
Clause 2 – Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Consent Through Voluntary Submission
Any voluntary submission of a CV, photo, contact details, or professional information via form, email, WhatsApp, or any digital channel constitutes:
- Full acceptance of these T&Cs,
- Authorization to act as the Nanny’s commercial representative,
- Legal acknowledgement of the Platform’s right to collect fees and apply sanctions as defined herein.
2.2 Notification of Terms
Upon profile publication, the Nanny will receive an email containing:
- Either a direct link to the most recent version of these T&Cs,
- Or a PDF copy attached.
- This email serves as formal and time-stamped notification
2.3 Implied Acceptance After 3 days
If the Nanny does not request removal of her profile within three (3) calendar days from the email notification, she is deemed to have irrevocably accepted the T&Cs.
2.4 Binding Without Signature
According to UAE Federal Law No. 2/2015 and DIFC Contract Law No. 6/2004, consent given electronically—through action or non-objection—has full legal effect.
Admissible proof includes server logs, timestamps, communication records, or hash-encrypted identifiers.
SECTION II – COMMERCIAL AGENCY AGREEMENT

3.1 The mandate authorizes the Platform to represent the Nanny in all placement negotiations and collect applicable commissions.
3.2 The mandate becomes legally effective upon receipt of the Nanny’s data.
SECTION III – TRANSPARENCY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
Clause 4 – Employer Disclosure to Nannies
4.1 The Platform will notify each Nanny when her profile or information is sent to a third party.
The following details will be disclosed:
- The name of the company or individual that received her profile,
- The nature of the request (shortlist, inquiry, direct solicitation).
4.2 This procedure ensures full transparency and prevents denial or circumvention. It constitutes legally admissible evidence in case of hidden recruitment.
SECTION IV – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Clause 5 – Obligations of the Nanny
5.1 Mandatory Disclosure
The Nanny must inform the Platform within 24 working hours of any employer contact, offer, or interview following publication of her profile.
5.2 Required Documents Upon Hiring
- Signed employment contract
- Monthly payslips or equivalent proof of salary
Clause 6 – Obligations of Employers
6.1 Any company receiving profiles or lists from the Platform must formalize any hiring exclusively through NANNY IN UAE unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Unauthorized recruitment results in a contractual penalty equal to 200% of the Nanny’s annual gross salary, plus unpaid commissions.
SECTION V – SANCTIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

7.1 In the event of hidden or direct hiring, the Platform will retroactively invoice full commissions from the start date of employment.
7.2 If payment is not received within 15 days, the Platform will initiate recovery proceedings before the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal.
7.3 The involved profile will be immediately removed, and legal collection procedures may be initiated.
SECTION VI – TRACKING AND EVIDENCE
Clause 8 – Technical Tools
8.1 All actions are traceable through:
- Custom UTM tracking links
- Invisible digital watermarks on profiles
- Origin cookies (retained for 24 months)
- Smart contracts on Ethereum blockchain (timestamped consent)
8.2 Each profile receives a unique ID and a QR code linked to a verifiable agency certificate.

SECTION VII – GOVERNING LAW AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Clause 10 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, particularly:
- UAE Federal Law No. 2/2015 on e-Commerce
- DIFC Contract Law No. 6/2000
10.2 Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, including fast-track procedures through the Small Claims Tribunal.
10.3 In case of discrepancy between languages, the English version shall prevail. A notarized Arabic version may be provided where required.
Clause 11 – Binding Effect and Irrevocable Commitment by Employers
11.1 Any company or individual consulting a nanny profile on the website www.nannyinuae.com, or receiving a shortlist via email or messaging services, automatically and unconditionally accepts the General Terms and Conditions of NANNY IN UAE, as clearly stated in the legal notices displayed under each profile.
11.2 Pursuant to the commercial agency mandate granted by the nanny to NANNY IN UAE (see Article 1 of these Terms), no employer may refuse to enter into a contract or attempt to bypass NANNY IN UAE by contracting directly with the nanny, even in the event of any subsequent objection from the nanny.
11.3 The validation of a nanny profile or the occurrence of an interview constitutes an immediate legal commitment, obliging the employer to sign the standard Corporate Agreement with NANNY IN UAE.
11.4 In the event of refusal to sign or proven circumvention, automatic penalties shall apply in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Agreement (see Article 3 thereof).
SECTION VIII – PROVISIONS RELATING TO “NANNY ACADEMY”
Clause 12 – Nature and Legal Disclaimer of “NANNY ACADEMY”
12.1 The section titled “NANNY ACADEMY”, accessible via
https://nannyinuae.tilda.ws/nannyacademy, does not constitute a school, accredited training center, educational institution, or academic authority of any kind.
12.2 NANNY IN UAE acts solely as a service provider and commercial intermediary, facilitating connections between nannies and third-party training providers (training centers, consultants, or freelance educators) who independently offer educational content, courses, webinars, or seminars.
12.3 As such:
- We do not issue any certifications, diplomas, or accreditations;
- We do not guarantee the quality, recognition, or effectiveness of any course or training;
- We do not conduct any formal compliance or qualification audits on these providers.
Clause 13 – Operations and Limitations of Liability
13.1 NANNY IN UAE collects nanny CVs via its platform. Based on their experience and professional profile, non-binding training suggestions may be made to enhance or develop their skills.
13.2 All trainings are entirely managed and delivered by third-party partners, who are solely responsible for their content and delivery. Nannies remain entirely free to accept or decline participation in such training. Participation is never mandatory.
13.3 NANNY IN UAE disclaims all liability regarding:
- The accuracy, pedagogical quality, or effectiveness of course content;
- Any failure, delay, or breach by the training provider;
- The legal or professional value of the attestations or materials provided.
13.4 In the case of paid courses or sessions booked via our platform:
- The fee is collected on behalf of the external training partner;
- NANNY IN UAE charges a commission for the matchmaking, promotion, or coordination service rendered.
Clause 14 – Informational Events and Public Sessions
14.1 NANNY IN UAE may host non-academic informational events such as webinars, public talks, or community workshops for the purpose of:
- Sharing insights and best practices with nannies;
- Facilitating interaction with qualified experts;
- Presenting new career development opportunities.
14.2 These events are not official training programs and hold no academic or certification value. They are offered as part of our commercial services and may include paid partnerships or promotional agreements with third-party providers.
Clause 15 – Indicative Nature of Pricing
15.1 All pricing, salary brackets, and commission fees displayed on the website
www.nannyinuae.com or any associated subdomains (including but not limited to “NANNY ACADEMY”) are purely indicative and non-binding.
15.2 The final applicable fees, salary rates, and associated service charges shall be determined only after a joint consultation between:
- The employer or client;
- The nanny or domestic worker concerned;
- And NANNY IN UAE as the appointed commercial agent.
15.3 This consultation will result in the issuance of a detailed invoice and/or contractual annex prepared by NANNY IN UAE, which will constitute the only binding financial document between the parties.
15.4 NANNY IN UAE reserves the right to adjust the indicative amounts based on:
- The complexity of the role;
- Required skills and language level;
- Accommodation and working conditions;
- Any additional hours, special requests, or duties.
Clause 16 – Official Communication Channels and Third-Party Disclaimer
16.1 To prevent fraud and unauthorized solicitations, only communications and invoices issued directly through NANNY IN UAE’s official channels shall be deemed valid and enforceable.
16.2 NANNY IN UAE shall not be held liable for any invoices, training fees, requests, or solicitations made through third-party companies, agents, or intermediaries that are not explicitly confirmed in writing via one of the following official communication channels:

16.3 Any entity or individual presenting a request or invoice outside these official channels will be considered unauthorized, and NANNY IN UAE disclaims all responsibility for any consequences, losses, or damages arising therefrom.
16.4 For verification of authenticity, users are encouraged to contact us directly via the official website or WhatsApp numbers listed above.
Clause 17 – Invoice Validity, Presentation Standards & Authentication
17.1 All invoices issued by NANNY IN UAE are deemed valid and enforceable only if they meet the following mandatory presentation standards:
A.Authentifications Requirements
- Each invoice must bear the official company seal of NANNY IN UAE.
- It must be signed manually or electronically by an authorized company representative.
- A reference number and issuance date must appear clearly on each document.
B.Header & Footer Structure
- Every invoice includes a standardized header with full company details, license number, and logo.
- The footer includes disclaimer text, payment instructions, and legal references.
C.Calculations Standards
- All figures (e.g., salary, commission, service fees, VAT if applicable) are calculated based on pre-agreed rates and justified with annexed breakdowns.
- Final amounts are confirmed only after a joint review between the employer, the nanny, and NANNY IN UAE.
D.Typography & Document Styling
- All official letters and legal documents shall be prepared using the Times New Roman font.
- The Manrope font shall be used across the website and other digital interfaces for clarity and consistency.
- In some cases, Manrope may also be used in PDF documents for branding purposes, provided legibility is ensured.
17.2 Any document or invoice lacking these formal elements (seal, signature, standardized formatting, font guidelines) shall be considered unauthorized and non-binding.
17.3 Employers and users are instructed to verify invoices and documents directly with NANNY IN UAE via the official emails and phone numbers listed in Clause 16.
Clause 18 – Immigration Disclaimer and Ethical Commitment
18.1 NANNY IN UAE does not provide, guarantee, nor apply for visas on behalf of any nanny, domestic worker, or third party.
18.2 Our services are strictly limited to:
- Offering job-matching opportunities between candidates (nannies, domestic workers) and potential employers (families or companies);
- Providing commercial and administrative support in accordance with local labor and commercial laws;
- Facilitating skill-based placements in the caregiving, domestic, and personal assistance sectors, depending on each candidate’s background, preferences, and professional qualifications.
18.3 Under no circumstances does NANNY IN UAE:
- Participate in, endorse, or tolerate any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to:
- Human trafficking;
- Sexual exploitation;
- Arrangements of prostitution or escort services;
- Degrading, harmful, or coercive employment conditions.
18.4 Any individual or organization attempting to use the NANNY IN UAE platform for unlawful or unethical purposes will be permanently banned, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
18.5 NANNY IN UAE reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks and refuse collaboration with any user or employer suspected of violating these principles or damaging the reputation and ethical standards of the company.
SECTION IX– LEGAL NOTICE ON ALL PROFILES

Unless I formally object within three (3) calendar days from receipt, I acknowledge and accept all terms as binding.
I also understand that I will be notified of any third party (employer, agency, or individual) who is granted access to my profile, in order to ensure transparency and prevent unauthorized use.”
