Your mission: Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified nanny candidates based in the UAE or ready to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, screen, and interview nanny candidates that meet company standards (experience, certifications, relocation readiness, etc.).
- Guide candidates through registration and onboarding on our platform.
- Ensure candidate documentation is accurate and complete.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets aligned with business growth.
What we’re looking for:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- Experience in recruitment or childcare industries is a plus – not required.
Important Details:- These are freelance, commission-only positions.
- We provide structure, tools, onboarding materials, and continuous support.
- Only results matter. Performance is reviewed regularly.
- Underperforming profiles may be disengaged from the project.
