We are currently hiring for two freelance roles:
Freelance Nanny Recruiters
Your mission: Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified nanny candidates based in the UAE or ready to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, screen, and interview nanny candidates that meet company standards (experience, certifications, relocation readiness, etc.).
  • Guide candidates through registration and onboarding on our platform.
  • Ensure candidate documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Meet monthly recruitment targets aligned with business growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in recruitment or childcare industries is a plus – not required.

Important Details:

  • These are freelance, commission-only positions.
  • We provide structure, tools, onboarding materials, and continuous support.
  • Only results matter. Performance is reviewed regularly.
  • Underperforming profiles may be disengaged from the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with families or agencies to identify specific hiring needs.
  • Match vetted nannies to suitable households.
  • Present profiles professionally and coordinate interviews.
  • Follow up with both clients and nannies post-placement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent coordination, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of high-profile or luxury household standards is an asset.
  • Background in HR, staffing, family support services, or luxury client services preferred, but not required.
