Welcome to NANNY UAE, a platform that connects families in the United Arab Emirates with trained and verified nannies for temporary and long-term childcare services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Policies.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the NANNY UAE website and associated services.
- “User” refers to any person visiting, registering on, or using the platform (including families and nannies).
- “Employer” means a family or individual hiring a nanny via the platform.
- “Nanny” refers to any individual registered on the platform to offer childcare services.
- “Service” refers to any childcare, domestic, or temporary work arranged through the platform.
3. Eligibility
To use NANNY UAE:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must comply with all UAE laws and regulations when using our services.
We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
a. Families / Employers
You agree to:
- Provide a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for nannies
- Pay in full and in advance via the platform
- Follow all platform rules and nanny protection guidelines
- Respect confidentiality and data privacy
- Use the nanny only for legal childcare or domestic services
b. Nannies
You agree to:
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Respect the employer’s home, family, and privacy
- Never ask for money, loans, or promote personal projects
- Follow hygiene, dress code, and behavior guidelines
- Never share family photos or information publicly
5. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are made through the platform and must be paid in advance.
- Overtime is invoiced separately and paid after service completion.
- Transportation costs for jobs under one week are paid by the employer.
- Refunds are available in accordance with our refund policy (see Section 7).
6. Privacy Policy
We take data privacy seriously.
- Personal information is collected only for booking and verification purposes.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- Photos, addresses, and contact details remain confidential at all times.
- Nannies and families agree not to share personal content on social media or externally.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If a nanny is not a match after the Zoom interview or at the start of the job, families may request a partial or full refund.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start.
- Refunds are subject to a review and may incur service or admin fees.
8. Code of Conduct
All users agree to:
- Act respectfully and lawfully on the platform
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or exploitation
- Not misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes
NANNY UAE has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, violence, or misconduct.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of NANNY UAE and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- NANNY UAE acts as a facilitator, not an employer of the nannies.
- We vet and verify profiles to the best of our ability but do not guarantee absolute safety or compatibility.
- Users assume all risks associated with hiring or accepting a job via the platform.
- We are not liable for damages, disputes, or losses resulting from the use of our service.
11. Modifications
We may update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
