1. Accommodation & Comfort
You must provide the nanny with decent living conditions:
- Well-lit, ventilated, and clean space
- Access to drinking water and daily meals
- Cleaning products
- Work clothing if needed
2. Working Hours & Rest
- Up to 12 working hours per day, including 2 hours of scheduled breaks
- May extend to 14 hours, with overtime paid beyond 12 hours
- 8 consecutive hours of rest must be provided each day
- One paid day off per week is required only for bookings over 14 consecutive days
3. Transportation
For short-term jobs (less than one week), transportation costs must be paid in advance by the family at the time of confirmation.
4. Payment & Refunds
- The nanny’s salary is paid in advance through NANNY UAE
- Overtime is invoiced separately after the service, with a detailed breakdown
- If the nanny is not a match after the Zoom interview or at the start of the job, a partial or full refund is possible
5. Zoom Interview
You must schedule a video call with the nanny before the assignment begins to confirm compatibility and expectations.
6. Meals & Rest Area
You are required to provide:
- Daily meals
- Access to bathroom facilities
- A calm and clean resting space
7. Hygiene & Dress Code
Nannies must:
- Be clean and well-groomed
- Avoid strong perfumes
- Dress modestly and professionally, as per your expectations
8. Respect & Privacy
- No abuse of any kind (verbal, emotional, or physical) is tolerated
- Respect the nanny’s privacy
- Do not ask her to post or share any pictures or videos of your children or home
9. Contract & Communication
- A clear contract must be established outlining duties, hours, breaks, salary, hygiene, and transport
- Daily feedback is encouraged via our rating system
- Well-rated nannies may receive performance bonuses
👶 For Nannies

- Be punctual, respectful, and discreet
- Do not take or share any photos or videos of the children or the home
- Never disclose private or identifiable information about the family
8. Child Safety & Cleanliness
- Ensure a safe, calm, and clean environment for the children
- Apply basic first aid if trained
9. Feedback & Bonus
- Your performance is rated daily
- Positive ratings may result in performance bonuses
🔐 Additional Rules
For Nannies
1. Professional Behavior
- It is strictly forbidden to ask the employer for money, loans, or to discuss personal projects
- Never raise your voice or show aggression toward children or other household staff
- Any personal request (absence, emergency, etc.) must be submitted respectfully to the employer
- No visitors or outside interactions without prior employer approval
2. Privacy & Social Media
- Do not take, post, or share any image or video of the children or the home
- Never reveal the family’s location, address, or lifestyle details
3. Freedom & Safety
- You must never be locked in or prevented from leaving
- You are entitled to freedom of movement outside working hours
- If any problem arises, you may contact NANNY UAE through our official channel
For Employers
1. Prevention & Boundaries
- Avoid showing valuables (cash, jewelry, luxury items) to prevent unnecessary temptation
- Respect the nanny’s freedom outside of working hours
- You are free to accept or decline personal requests from the nanny based on your situation
2. Discretion & Privacy
- Do not ask the nanny to share images or information publicly
- Remind her that all family-related information is strictly confidential
